An Evening of Wagyu Elegance.
Join us on Saturday 29th November for an intimate pop-up dining experience built around the exceptional Stone Axe Full-Blood Wagyu — celebrated for its depth, tenderness and remarkable marbling.
We welcome you with a complimentary glass of local Stonepit Sparkling Wine and a delicate amuse bouche, included as a graceful beginning to the experience.
The centre of the story is the Sirloin served simply and beautifully with rich, melting bone marrow butter, hand-cut chips, roast vine tomato, field mushroom and tenderstem broccoli lightly dressed with chilli oil.
Alongside the Wagyu, you will enjoy a glass of specially selected wine, choosing from:
Darriaud Côtes du Rhône Villages, France
Carmenere Cabernet Sauvignon, Gran Reserva, Chile
Sancerre Domaine Durand, France
A selection of desserts and artisan cheeses will be offered separately for those who wish to linger a little longer.
£79 for two guests, including your arrival sparkling wine, amuse bouche, first glass of wine and the Wagyu main meal.
Limited availability, with a £20 per person deposit required to secure your table. Maximum table size: 6 guests.
