We hope you’re enjoying the summer and making the most of the sunshine! ☀️

It’s a little quieter at Prince Philip House this month, so we’re taking a moment to look back at a recent private dinner and some of the beautiful dishes served to our guests.

Created by our Head Chef, Stuart Cooper , and the talented team Leonardo at Company of Cooks, the menu celebrated the best of the season, using fresh, carefully sourced and local ingredients.

Colourful, elegant and full of summer flavours, each dish was a little work of art — and absolutely delicious! ✨

A big thank you to Stuart and the whole team for creating such a memorable dining experience for our guests. 🍽️

A bespoke menu created by our talented chefs here at Prince Philip House for one of our summer receptions in the Stirling Garden, celebrating the very best of seasonal British produce and exceptional artisan suppliers.

From rare roast beef by , antipasti by BELAZU (Bel-uh-zoo), and gin-cured trout from , to ’nduja Scotch eggs made with Cobble Lane Cured ’nduja, served alongside London sourdough and finished with the timeless pairing of British strawberries & cream. 🍓

On 26th April, we had the honour of welcoming two incredible charities, Age UK and Teenage Cancer Trust, along with their inspiring marathon runners.

A huge congratulations to every runner — your determination, resilience, and unity for such meaningful causes was truly motivating to witness.

At Prince Philip House, our spaces adapted seamlessly to the occasion, offering flexible layouts that created a comfortable and elegant setting for post-marathon recovery. Runners were welcomed by friends and family to relax, refuel, and celebrate their achievement together.
