On 26th April, we had the honour of welcoming two incredible charities, Age UK and Teenage Cancer Trust, along with their inspiring marathon runners.

A huge congratulations to every runner — your determination, resilience, and unity for such meaningful causes was truly motivating to witness.

At Prince Philip House, our spaces adapted seamlessly to the occasion, offering flexible layouts that created a comfortable and elegant setting for post-marathon recovery. Runners were welcomed by friends and family to relax, refuel, and celebrate their achievement together.

⚙️ Smart Operations: Our IQ Vision Building Management System monitors energy use in real time. Combined with high-efficiency HVAC systems (using 33% less fuel than older models) and PIR motion-sensor LED lighting, we ensure every watt is used responsibly.

🍽️ Ethical Excellence: Our catering partner, Company of Cooks, delivers exceptional sustainable catering. From “Future 50” ingredients in our Spring/Summer 2026 menu to our “London Larder” of local suppliers, every event supports both community and environment.

♻️ Zero-Waste Commitment: We operate a zero-waste-to-landfill policy, with 90% of materials in the building recycled—even down to everyday essentials. Food waste is also converted into renewable biofuel.
