🎶 Did You Know? Official BDC Dance Tempos 💃🕺

Music is the heartbeat of dance — but do you know the exact tempo required for each competitive dance?
From Ballroom to Latin and Smooth, every dance has an officially approved tempo set by the BDC Rule Book. Knowing the correct Bars Per Minute (BPM) can make all the difference in training, performance, and competition preparation.
