If you are looking for an event at the end of August, look no further. A group of Bude Rats did this last year and we had a great weekend, all whilst raising money for another great cause. 🧡🦁🧡

The concept is simple. Run 4.167 miles every hour, on the hour & complete as many laps as you can! Each circuit must be completed in less than 60 minutes with the remaining time within the hour typically used to recover for the next circuit.

If it’s got you thinking about taking on a challenge of your own, why not join us for TAL19 this year? It’s on Sunday the 15th of November 2026! 🧡

This is a 19km multi terrain run in and around Bude and will take in some of Talan’s favourite places! 🦁

All the money we raise from Tal19 supports research into Rhabdomyosarcoma, at the Rotal Marsden Hospital in London 🙌🏽

Every km you run will mark a year of Talan’s life.
