THIS WEEKEND OPENING TIME AND FAQ'S 👇

🕒 Opening Times:

Saturday 23rd May – 12:00 to 22:00
Sunday 24th May – 12:00 to 22:00

🎟️ Tickets & Entry:

Tickets have been sent via OnTick or Skiddle.

Tickets will be scanned at the main entrance. Please have your tickets ready to scan.

All Under 18's must be accompanied by a paying adult (18+)

Children under 6 years do not require a ticket but must be with a paying adult.

All attendees will be subject to a bag and security search on entry.

Anyone who looks under 25 will need to show valid ID (passport or driving licence) to buy alcohol.

🪑 What You Can Bring:

✅ Camping chairs (please leave space near the stage for dancing)
✅ Sealed bottles of water or baby food
✅ Empty bottles to refill at our free water points
✅ Small Umbrellas (No Golf Umbrellas with Spikes)

🚫 Not Permitted:

🚫 Gazebos
🚫 Food or drink (except sealed water & baby food)
🚫 Tents
🚫 Animals
🚫 Glass (including bottles, make-up, perfume etc.)
🚫 Drones or professional filming equipment
🚫 Gas bottles, canisters or generators
🚫 Sky lanterns
🚫 Portable lasers or laser pens
🚫 Items for unauthorised trading
🚫 Illegal substances or herbal highs
🚫 Weapons or anything that could be used as one

🌿 Sustainability:

We’re running a reusable cup system to help reduce waste; these are purchased at the bar.

💳 Payments:

Both cash and cards will be accepted throughout the site. Cash will get you served faster, as card transactions can take time to process.

👟 Be Prepared:

This is an outdoor event, so please dress for the weather and wear suitable footwear. Sun cream is a good idea too.

Please note there is no car parking at the Rugby club. Please use the local car parks if needed.
