IAM20® MEDITATION COURSE

Date: Saturday, 13th September, 2025 Time: 10:00 AM - 12:30 PM

Donation welcome for hall hire, £10 per person. Refreshments will be provided.

The IAM20® is a unique 20-minute practice which includes gentle stretches, breathwork, visualisation and four minutes of complete relaxation.

It is performed partly on a yoga mat and partly seated on the floor or on a chair, and can be adapted for different physical abilities.

This course is ideal for those with no previous experience and for people who have already done an IAM20® course and wish to refresh their technique. All are welcome.

🍃Speakers on topics such as heritage seeds and who GreenFriends are.

🪴Workshops on making bird-boxes, bat-boxes and wild-seed balls.

🪷Stalls with local honey, bee houses, gardening books, seeds, plants and more.

🍃Adopt a rare or endangered heritage seed.

🪴Cafe with delicious home-made cakes - vegan and gluten-free options are available

🪷Volunteering opportunities in Amma's new garden at a later date.

At Amrita Hall we have our own sacred space for meditation and some quiet time for our charity staff to unwind.
We could not hold off any longer in sharing a sneak preview of Amrita Mandiram, in its final stage of completion .....
