🚨 UPDATE 🚨
Machina Bristronica will be taking a year off in 2026.It’s been lovely to hear from so many of you recently asking about the plans and date, But for a number of reasons we’ve decided that this year isn’t viable for us to run the festival. Due to uncertainty with our previous venue, we spent the last few months working hard behind the scenes, visiting alternative venues, planning new site layouts and putting together another dream line-up.
In the midst of all this there’s been some exciting developments taking place at Elevator Sound; a big project that’s so far been codenamed Elevator v3.Alongside the changes to Machina’s venue, we also received word that there was some uncertainty about the future of the Elevator Sound building. This spurred on a few site visits of a different kind and a fair bit more planning…

The last thing we want to do is risk putting on a festival that doesn’t hit (or beat) the fantastic standard we’ve set over the years. We’d much rather take a break to get Elevator v3 just right, before bringing Machina back in 2027 with our full focus. With all the work we’ve done the ball is well and truly rolling for 2027. We’re looking forward to welcoming you back next year in a brand new venue. One that can allow us to grow and evolve into a bigger, better, bolder Bristronica.Although Machina won’t exist in its regular 2-day festival format this year, we’ll be keeping the fire burning with a handful of small events around the city, and if all goes to plan, in o
