We have two new additions to our equipment here at Energie Fitness Brentford.

First we have the Hyperextension machine. This workout primarily targets the lower back while engaging your glutes, hamstrings and core muscles. It also helps to develop your erector spinae muscles and will protect your lower back from injuries.

Next we have a brand new Punching bag. This new bag is longer in length, perfect for practicing your low kicks, as well as being heavier in weight, weighing 40kg. Remember to wear your wraps, gloves and shin guards, train safely and enjoy.
