Broadstone Fun Day Our flagship event each year is the Broadstone Family Fun Day and Community Picnic. This year it will be on Sunday July 3rd.

The Broadstone Fun Day is an annual family fun day thats free to attend held on Broadstone Recreation Ground with a mix of food, drink, stalls, arena acts and music! The Broadstone Fields in Trust Association (BFITA) works with local interested groups to help the preservation, promotion and usage of Broadstone Recreation ground. Broadstone Fields In Trust Association is part of the Fields In Trust Initiative: http://www.fieldsintrust.org/

As the week draws to a close, so does Broadstone Fun Day 2025 — and what a day it was.

From the energy on The Rec, to the music, the food, the stalls, the smiles, and the incredible community spirit — we’ve loved every minute.
