Some people come to BushMoot to learn a new skill.
Some come to share one.
Some just come to sit by the fire and breathe for a while.

What they usually discover is something bigger than that, a welcoming woodland community where people teach each other, try things they’ve never done before, and leave feeling calmer, more confident, and more connected.

It’s not a performance. It’s not a schedule you have to keep up with. It’s simply a place to be outdoors with good people and see what unfolds.

Sizzle sizzle, there is nothing better than someone else getting up at 07:00 to get the fire going and getting breakfast on the go. At the WinterMoot breakfast is served every day for a small fee. Trust me it’s worth it. Haha

Preparing and roasting one of the two deer, that was dressed and butchered at this year’s Winter Moot. It was slow cooked for hours. Being turned and basted at regular intervals. It was delicious. 😋
