Every Sunday morning I take time to reflect on the past week, go through notes on achievements, write my plan for the week ahead & most importantly document any scenarios which have taught me new lessons!
This is very valuable information when in business, in order to move forward.
On reflection of the past week, I’m starting the week fully charged & highly motivated as the feedback from our clients and candidates over the past week has been phenomenal, & something I’m extremely proud of. Thank you 🌟🙏🏻
A simple acknowledgement can mean the world to someone & build up with motivation.
How often do you give the recognition to your team? If not, you really should. It’s the little things that matter & in turn drives motivation! 💯
