Another proper photo of some recent work.

This one's a Mugshot, with a deliberate little spot of iron slip that's run beautifully down with the molten glaze and some pink crystals forming as you approach the base.

Firstly, I'd like to thank all you lovely people who came out to see me at my markets last month, it felt great to get back out bringing pottery to the people so thank you all very much for that. And a big hello to my new followers 😁

It was a very busy summer and September is going to be just as busy! But it's started off with a real treat as I've had some photos taken by the talented

The photo here is the first of a few I'll post, showing a few of my new footed cups, and my 2 new colours in the yellow and murky blue. Absolutely stunning photos and really captured the feel I want my pots to have. Cheers Olin

Soon enough I'll be making more pots for that all too popular winter festival but until then you can catch me on here.

All the best folks!

Important announcement! Belfast Potter's Market Postponed until Saturday 14th August

We were prepared to stand out come rain, hail or shine this weekened, but we aren't prepared to put anybody in danger when there are thunderstorms forecast... So unfortunately we have to postpone our market until next weekend.

This also means that a few of our lovely potters are no longer available, so we will also be condensing Belfast Potters Market to one day only on Saturday 14th August.

In way of a silver lining this means that for any potters who orginally missed out or were unailable there are a few extra spaces if your want to come and take part!

Sorry everybody for the inconveience, but we hope to see you next Saturday! Thanks!

Please share this news so everybody knows!

Feeling about the same as this pot right now. What a day to be opening a kiln.

Had my first proper batch of the new blue gkaze through the kiln today and I was quite pleased with what came back to me.

Its more or a mover in the kiln than my other glazes so it still needs some tweaking but it's quickly becoming my new favourite, even though it keep picking fights with my kiln shelf...

Kilns cooling down this morning and I have all sorts of pots out drying in the heat, as there is quite a lot of that in the studio today thanks to said kiln and the weather we're having at the minute.

But that's ok because I have some exciting market opportunities coming up next month that I want lots of pots for!

The first is the which I am very much looking forward to. Going to have my new coloured glazes making a debut at this one, the new additions of which are on the front two mugs in the photo up with this post.

I hope you like 'em because as they start to come out of the firings your going to be seeing them a whole lot more on here 😁

The studio at end of business today. Left a bit early due to the fact that it's sunny and I could.

Got some wide shallow bowls thrown today, and some larger round bowls and mixing bowls in their plastic boxes waiting to be turned tomorrow.

Will need to do some firings soon!
