Please bring a large, inflated gym ball & Pilates mat with you - all other equipment will be provided.

The fabulous Theatre of Widdershins returns to our Hall with their amazing ‘The Elves & The Shoemaker’ show 🥳

Elvis Schumacher, cobbler & craftsman, has worked all his life creating the most beautiful footwear.
But now he’s hit hard times…. Everyone’s buying boring shoes from the evil businessman, Bunyan Sole-less.
Time is running out for Elvis.
With one piece of leather left & Bunyan’s factory growing, can anyone help him?
Shooooooooooooooes....!
Ah, new shoes..... Delightful on the feet.
Soft, dancing shoes; swarthy pirate shoes; silver buckle & silken souls.
No one makes shoes like an elf.

This well known & well loved tale - made popular by the Ladybird Classic - has been re-heeled by Theatre of Widdershins in their own inimitable style.

Beautifully crafted set & magical puppets, sublime music, a kaleidoscope of miniature shoes & a comic mouse make this show a magical must-see.

This show is suitable for ages 3yrs & above.

Places are limited so it is first come, first served basis.

Why not come along & join us for this fun-filled evening run by The Creative Canvas.

Just look at the beautiful tulips you will paint….each artist can choose their colour scheme on the night 🌷

You will create your masterpiece under the expert guidance of a local artist & will then be able to take this home to display in all its glory!

All art supplies/materials will be provided & you will receive a complimentary glass of bubbles on arrival.

£40pp

Soft drinks, hot drinks & nibbles will be on sale.

We will be holding a raffle & will have a fun game of ‘heads or tails’.

The fab local business, the Gin Box, is coming to Eyeworth! 🍸✨

⏰ 5pm-9pm
📍 Eyeworth Village Hall

The Gin Box is a beautifully styled mobile bar serving a selection of premium gins, classic G&Ts, Pimm’s, Prosecco, bottled lager & soft drinks.

Think relaxed village vibes, great drinks & a lovely excuse to get together with friends.

They will also be joined by guest food vendors, so you can enjoy delicious food alongside your drinks - making it the perfect easy evening out right here in the village.

They will be joined by 🥯☕

No taxis, no town trips - just good company, great drinks & a welcoming atmosphere on your doorstep.

You may or may not know that this week is ‘Volunteers’ Week’.

I just wanted to pop a post up to thank my small team of fellow volunteers who help keep our Hall running.

This covers the committee who help make decisions, our ‘friends of’ group who support with fundraising events & our grass cutting volunteers.

We wouldn’t be able to keep our Hall open & offering an affordable & accessible venue for the local community to hire & benefit from without you.

IT’S PIZZA DAY 🍕🥳

Pecoro on the road on the road return with their fortnightly visit & amazing pizzas tonight🍕😋

📅 Weds 3rd June
⏰ 5pm-8pm
📍Eyeworth Village Hall

Pecoro on the road will park up & will be ready to serve you from 5pm.

They will stay until around 8pm.

You can pop along & order or there is also a pre-order option too so you can just pop down to collect your pizza.

If you’re having a clear out of unwanted clothing to bring in summer, then don’t forget that we are continuing to collect pre-loved clothes & will arrange a collection date when we have enough bags.

Money raised from fundraising goes towards the renovations & occasional repairs at our Hall.

Are you thinking of having a clear out of outgrown or unwanted clothing? 🤔

If you are, donations would generate funds for our Village Hall as a local small business will pay us per kg of donated clothing which they then recycle & re-purpose.

Please let us know, as & when you have any donations, & we can go from there to arrange collection/give you drop off details 😊
