The Beaconsfield Country Fair is a charity event which takes place in Windsor End, Old Town Beaconsfield every year on the August Bank Holiday weekend.

Fun for all the family with activities, stalls, great food and bars. This is a very popular event with around 5000people attending. We will be holding the ever popular stretcher races for both children and adults. If you would like to enter a team and have it sponsored please contact us
We are also asking any firms or organizations to sponsor us. All our profits will be going to local charities and the Thames Valley air Ambulance

🎪 A BIG THANK YOU TO MOMENTS COVERED!

We’re delighted to give a special shout-out to Moments Covered, who are supporting this year’s Beaconsfield Country Fair by providing three gazebos for the event. ❤️

Their gazebos will be helping us keep things covered at the Fair, including our Band Tent, PA Gazebo and Cancer Research UK gazebo.

Moments Covered are a local gazebo and marquee company based between Beaconsfield and Uxbridge, and rather than putting all their marketing budget into online advertising, they’re choosing to support local events and their communities. What a fantastic idea! 👏

They take care of the delivery, setup and collection, making it really easy for event organisers, and we're very grateful for their support of our Fair.

So, a huge thank you to Moments Covered for helping us make this year's event possible! 🎪❤️

🎶 LIVE MUSIC AT THE BEACONSFIELD COUNTRY FAIR! 🎶

What's a Bank Holiday Fair without some great live music?

We're delighted to have live music from local performers throughout the afternoon, adding to the atmosphere as you wander around the stalls, enjoy something to eat and soak up the sunshine.

So grab a drink, find yourself a spot and enjoy the music! 🎶

One of the wonderful things about Beaconsfield Country Fair is that it isn't just about having a fantastic day out, it's about bringing our community together and supporting some wonderful causes.

Proceeds from this year's Fair will go in support of four fantastic charities:

💙 Friends of St Mary's
Raising money for the repair and refurbishment of St Mary's Church and churchyard.

💛 Rotary Club, Beaconsfield
A network of volunteers in Beaconsfield fundraising to support local and global charities.

💚 Wycombe Homeless Connection
Working to stop homelessness before it starts and reduce the harm it does to people who are homeless.

The world's leading cancer charity, dedicated to saving and improving lives through research.

🐶 Who's bringing the waggiest tail to this year's Beaconsfield Country Fair?

Our ever-popular Dog Show returns on Monday 31st August and we can't wait to meet this year's four-legged competitors!

Whether your dog is young, old, handsome, pretty, rescued or simply loves making people smile, there's a class waiting for them. The show begins at 11:15am, with registration available from 10am on the day, or you can pre-register using the QR code on our Dog Show poster.
