Bookings for our October Half Term and December Holiday Camps are now open! 🎉

KES Adventures runs every school holiday, bringing a full programme of games, activities and adventures to KES in Bath, all led by our own teaching staff.

Ready for the next adventure? Join us this October and December for favourites including body zorbing, soft archery, mini golf, laser tag, crafts, sports and visits from local entertainers, alongside plenty of seasonal activities.

What a lovely Saturday we had ☀️

Alongside our outdoor cinema, we welcomed our new-to-KES families for an afternoon picnic with a BBQ, music, games and plenty of time to chat and get to know each other ahead of joining the KES community this September.

We then kicked off our outdoor cinema screenings with Lilo & Stitch, followed by a beautiful golden hour showing of Mamma Mia in the evening.

It was such a lovely afternoon and evening, and we loved seeing the school grounds full of families, friends and new faces. Thank you to everyone who joined us, and we hope you enjoyed it as much as we did.🎞️☀️

KES Outdoor Cinema – Saturday 22nd August 2026 🎬

Our outdoor cinema returns to Bathampton Playing Fields this summer, bringing two brilliant films, great food, and a relaxed community atmosphere to enjoy before the school holidays wrap up.

This is a ticketed event open to absolutely everyone - families, friends, neighbours, and film fans alike.

SCREENINGS:
🌺 Lilo & Stitch (2025) – 2.00PM
🎤 Mamma Mia – 6.30PM

Gates will open 1.5 hours before each screening to allow plenty of time to grab some food, a drink, and settle in! (Separate tickets required for each screening)

Expect BBQ favourites, snacks, soft drinks, and alcoholic beverages available to buy on the day. You’re welcome to bring your own food and drink too (no glass, please). Bring blankets, low chairs, cushions, and weather‑ready layers. The event will continue in rain or shine.

Bookings are live for our Learn to Touch-Type Summer Course here at King Edward’s School in Bath.

Designed for pupils aged 11+ (from all schools), this four-day intensive course helps students develop a skill that supports learning across every subject - improving speed, accuracy and confidence when working on a computer.

Delivered in small groups with full teacher support, pupils will follow a structured programme with measurable progress across the week. The focused format (4 hours a day across 4 days) is proven to be far more effective than occasional practice.

Pupils will also retain access to the typing programme for a full year, allowing them to continue building speed and accuracy at home.

Looking for a tennis camp in Bath this summer? 🎾

Bookings are now live for our brand-new Tennis Summer Camp at King Edward’s School, Bath.

Open to pupils in Years 7-9 (from all schools), this four-day camp is designed to develop technical skill, tactical awareness and confidence on court.

Led by KES teacher and experienced coach Mike Syms, who brings more than 25 years of coaching experience across Wiltshire clubs, participants will refine stroke technique, develop match-play strategy and grow as all-round players through structured coaching, drills and competitive play.

Designed for students currently in Years 7-9 (from all schools), this four-day course encourages young artists to move beyond realism and explore bold, expressive approaches to art.

Delivered by our specialist KES Art Department, students will experiment across drawing, painting, printmaking and sculpture - developing confidence, creative thinking, and a collection of their own mixed media work to take home.

Open to pupils currently in Years 7-10 (from all schools), this four-day camp offers an exciting opportunity to elevate performance and develop key footballing skills.

Led by an FA-qualified and KES senior team coach, players will refine technique, build tactical understanding, and grow in confidence through a combination of drills, match play and structured coaching.

KES Adventures Holiday Camp is back for the Easter holidays!

What a fantastic couple of weeks we have planned for children between the ages of 5 and 12. Plenty of spring themed Easter activities, along with our ever popular holiday camp sessions.

We’ll be open from Tuesday 7th to Friday 17th April, and as always, you can book your children in for as many days as you like, on either extended (8am-5pm) or standard (8:30am-4:15pm) days.

Until Friday 13th of March you can make use of our early bird code to receive 10% off your booking for the Easter holiday camp (in addition to our sibling and full week discounts).
