This prestigious six-month programme is open to young people aged 16–24 years old and focuses on developing leadership skills of future volunteer leaders in the GAA.🙌

Antrim Minor captain Shea McLernon has been nominated for Gaelic Life Player of the Week following his inspirational leadership in Saturday’s unforgettable All-Ireland Tier 3 Seamus Heaney Cup Final victory.

With Antrim trailing by 11 points at one stage, Shea led by example as the team produced a remarkable comeback. Showing incredible determination, belief and character, Antrim fought back and snatched victory by a single point deep into injury time to claim the title.

As captain, Shea played a huge role throughout the campaign, driving the team forward and helping create a moment that Antrim supporters will never forget.

Antrim Schools Cup Year 9 LGFA All-Stars 2025/2026 ⭐️🏐

Congratulations to everyone who was nominated and massive congratulations to the winners. The Year 9 LGFA competition was the most competitive and had the most nomination submissions so anyone selected should be very proud of their achievements.

The All-Star event will be Monday 22nd June at St Mary's University College - Belfast at 1pm. More details will follow via email to teachers.
