We will be fundraising for Cardiac Risk in the Young (CRY) this year as our charity partner for Aberfeldy Triathlon.

They often help us with volunteering on a water station so please look out for their collections buckets this year and spare some change for them. They do valuable work, helping diagnose heart conditions in young people, saving the countless families from the pain of losing a child. Thanks to their volunteers for helping us out!

If you are still looking for your accommodation for Aberfeldy Triathlon, then check out Pitilie Pods.

Sounds like heaven: self contained pods (to do your own thing) with great views of the Perthshire countryside and hot tubs to rest your weary limbs after the triathlon! The pods are only 1.5 miles outside Aberfeldy and an easy drive to get to the start at Kenmore. Check out their 5 star reviews on Google if you need persuading.

If you only read one of our posts, then make it this one - it's important…

When planning your Aberfeldy Triathlon weekend, please make sure that you plan to be in Aberfeldy on Saturday 15th August, the day before the race! You must register then, attend a compulsory race briefing (there are two to choose from at different times of the day - more info in your Athlete Guide which is sent closer to the time) - and also drop your run kit off at Transition 2 at the Feldy Roo Fitness Trail.

Please do not be the handful of people who turned up on Sunday last year not realising this and had a very stressful start to their race day. One person registered but forgot to put their run kit in Transition 2! We don't have the available staff to rectify this on Sunday morning. If there is any reason why you might not be able to register on Saturday, please email us on [email protected].

It's all about arriving knowing that all the controllables are under control and you can focus on racing your best race!

They will be at Kenmore Sports Ground on Saturday and very early on Sunday morning before the Triathlon starts before moving to Wades Park for the finish.

If you attended our webinar, you were the first to know that we are making some changes to the swim start this year!

We are still finalising the details but you will be starting and finishing on the beach at Kenmore this year. It will be a deep water start near the Isle of Spar. The course is still under development but it will be the usual 1.9km course. We will share the final details as soon as we can.

No more walking to Taymouth Marina! So it will also be easier for your supporters to watch your swim 😃

Their VW camper vans are perfect for Race Day so that you can be in control of your own wake up time and breakfast! Perfect for your supporters too who have their own kitchen on hand while doing the arduous job of supporting you on the course. Pick up your van in Dunblane before heading north to Aberfeldy.

We say it every year but it is no less sincere for that - thank you to the local communities of Aberfeldy and Kenmore for their support of the race. We simply cannot do this without the goodwill and support of many many people in our local community. Thanks to all the local volunteers, local groups and businesses who all work hard to welcome the athletes to our area.

We’re looking forward to the return of the race this summer which will, once again, showcase everything that makes Aberfeldy and Kenmore such a fantastic place to race, visit, and be part of.
