It took me ages to figure out how to achieve a fully gradient sweater without breaking the yarn and doing lots of calculations. The solution is the by .and.pine.designs - combined with our yarn packages of course 🧶

✨ Introducing Olgi (Nr. 340), our newest permanent gradient colorway – now available online! ✨

Some of you might have already spotted this beauty at our recent shows, but today, it officially joins our webshop! Olgi is a stunning gradient, shifting from a fresh mint green into a deep, rich blue – a color story that first caught my eye on my friend’s ‘s skirt. She was lucky enough to test the prototype of this colorway and her woven shawl turned out so gorgeous that we decided to keep Olgi!

As always, the transition of colors is smooth, like a watercolor painting unfolding in yarn form. 💙💚

We have a few balls in stock on different bases and it is also available from the “yarns dyed to order” section.

We are famous 🥳

There is an article about Swiss yarn festival (that we attended last weekend) on the website of Swiss television and there is a photo of our stand too, yay! Our yarns are quite colorful, so no surprise the editors liked them 🥰

Pastels or bright colors? 🌈

I usually prefer bright colors but I quite like these new pastels too!

Colors shown on our fluffy and super soft yarn Klaut (suri alpaca with silk)

I am quite sensitive and cannot wear mohair but I wanted something instead, since I like the fluffiness and the texture of the mohair-silk yarns. I tested this yarn and I am happy to report that it is not scratchy at all!
