There are 1200 new stars in the sky. Shiki AKA Dj Chicago has moved from here to eternity and we miss him together with his loved ones.

His history with the Goa trance culture stretches all the way before 90's. He was always the wise, warm person who had seen the world change. Chicago mentioned several times how happy his time at Kosmos Festival was, and he brought the world with him to our woods.

Life is here, now, and it moves fast. Let's stop and look around once in a while, so we don't miss it.

INTRODUCING THE VENDORS OF KOSMOS 2026 – BAZAAR & MORE

This year’s Bazaar is now ready! ✨

You’ll find a wide selection of delicious food, whether you're after a snack or a full meal – street food from around the world, hearty meals, sweet treats, coffee and refreshing drinks.

The Bazaar is also full of treasures to discover: clothing both second hand and new, art, jewelry, handicrafts and all kinds of beautiful, magical and whimsical things to browse.

Stalls can be found all around the festival area too, serving everything from chai and food to drinks from the bars. The camping kiosk will once again stock snacks, food, coffee, hygiene products and phone charging services.

Välke Kosmetiikka's beloved natural soaps will be available at the beach showers again this year – so leave your own soap at home – and you can also stock up at their on-site stall!

Hey and guess what – although it's a fun game to guess how much more the beer costs at festivals each year, we have to let you down. This time we've checked the pricing, and lowered them.

VISUAL ARTISTS INTRODUCTIONS!

As usual, each stage forms a unique ecosystem of sound, light and deco artists.

Skipper Alley Pirates has been performing their light magic on the Spacetime stage of Kosmos Festival since 2019. Their lights and microcement panels will be combined with Hexagon LED panel art and Kiva's visuals. You can also find Konna's Moth installation around the Spacetime area. Konna has been making sculptures from different materials for the Spacetime stage area for several years now.

Dekoneko makes decorations of mirror elements, video and pixel LED mapping rigged to a wooden dodecahedron shape as part of Gravity team alongside Lightbringers, wizards of light.

Deco artists around the festival area include Amanita Adventures, Avaruusdisco, Metazoa, Fractal Instruments and Sohvi & Julius. No spoilers, but keywords include labyrinths, hideouts, textile art, alternative universes and puzzles!

KOSMOS SHUTTLE BUS

The road to Kosmos is long – and the return can feel even longer. Kosmos Shuttle Bus will carry you with ease: it's affordable, care-free and fast!

Buses depart from Helsinki, Lahti, Mikkeli and Tampere on both Thursday and Friday. All buses return on Sunday.

Guess what!

We’re happy to announce that Grouch in Dub will be performing with a full live band on the Spacetime stage at Kosmos Festival 2026!

An ensemble of world-class musicians, Grouch in Dub will deliver a powerful and fully realised genre-bending live experience. The Spacetime stage is all about dub, psy-tech, and downtempo vibes, making it the perfect home for Grouch's warm, bass-heavy soundscapes.

Grouch is the project of New Zealand producer Oscar Allison, who has spent years touring the world and playing at festivals like Burning Man, Ozora and Boom Festival. His music blends dub, psy-tech and ethnic percussion into a sound that is truly his own - and the Grouch in Dub live band brings that to life on stage.

Timon, also known as Holi (art), is an Austrian-based artist whose practice is rooted in painting as a meditative and intuitive process.

Emmi-Riikka is an artist living in Rautalampi, Finland. In painting Emmi-Riikka explores psychedelia through trying to figure out how strong painted visuals can inspire feelings of wonder. During Kosmos, she will be painting something iridescent near Vortex Stage.

Mikro-Kosmos exhibits visual artists from Kosmos Festival ✨

This rarely seen ensemble in Helsinki brings together visionary, psychedelic, and surreal rave art in the form of decorative and painted works, sculptures, and ceramics.

The immersive “enchanted forest” experience built within Yö Gallery transports visitors into another reality – an urban interpretation of the spirit of today’s forest.
