With the new wave of world-class talent, growing ambition, and innovation across AI, energy, robotics, dual-use, and deep tech, the pace is picking up fast.

Yet there are still hurdles to overcome: fragmented regulation, capital access, and a culture that plays it safe instead of going all in.

These are the gaps we want to help close through actions that we take.

From ecosystem research and supporting grassroots initiatives across Europe to sparking conversations and bringing founders, investors, operators, and policymakers into the same room, at Slush and well beyond it.

This year, we’re deliberately doubling down on Europe because we believe outsized impact comes from laser focus. At the same time, building generational companies takes a global ecosystem.
