With this video, we bring an unforgettable edition to a close.🐉 ❤️

The 7th Barcelona International Dragon Boat Fest welcomed 986 participants from 16 nationalities, brought together by much more than competition: effort, emotion, friendship and a shared passion for Dragon Boat.

Thank you to every team, participant, volunteer, partner, institution and person who made this incredible 2026 edition possible. Every start, every paddle stroke and every celebration is now part of our story. 💙

Today, we close this chapter with enormous gratitude and excitement for everything that lies ahead.

🐉 𝗪𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗻𝗲𝘄𝘀 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟳 𝗳𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗹…

In September 2027, we will take on one of the biggest challenges in our history: organising the 𝗘𝘂𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗻 𝗗𝗿𝗮𝗴𝗼𝗻 𝗕𝗼𝗮𝘁 𝗖𝗹𝘂𝗯 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝘄 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗱𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗹𝘀.

For this reason, we will not be able to hold our traditional May festival there, as we have done for the past seven years.

But this is not goodbye…
𝗜𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗼𝗳 𝗮 𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱-𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗮𝗱𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲! 🌊✨

In 2027, our festival is moving to a new destination…

🌴 𝐌𝐀𝐋𝐋𝐎𝐑𝐂𝐀! 🌴

A new destination, a new experience and a groundbreaking festival unlike anything you have experienced before.

We are preparing something truly special, and we cannot wait to share it with all of you.
