The lostfarmers were blown away when TEHRAN took over the cargo shipwreck off Sjællands Odde coast with HUSQVARNA live at Lost Farm Festival 2025.
The performance references TEHRAN’s birthplace, Jönköping – a city shaped by geopolitical tension, migrant alienation, and Sweden’s historic weapon industry. HUSQVARNA’s visuals mirror these themes, portraying defiance and transformation against Sweden’s industrial backdrop.
Each track situates its characters among Jönköping landmarks, industrial housing, chaotic nature, and orderly institutions. These settings shape TEHRAN’s confrontation with the past and drive to break free from the deceptive confines of Scandinavian ‘hygge.’
As much as the moniker TEHRAN signals powerful rebirth, HUSQVARNA extends what has always defined their work: Raw emotion with no bu****it as the only convention. Fueled by dissonant nu-metal guitars and relentless blast beats, the album is a haunting exploration of grief, addiction, and resistance.
TEHRAN’s voice – screams, growls, and tender melodies in Swedish, English, and Farsi – cut with razor-sharp, unapologetic sincerity.
Formerly known as Nadia Tehran, the bold and unruly Iranian/Swedish artist returns after their 2019 debut DOZAKH and touring with Yung Lean.
Forged over the past five years in Copenhagen’s shadowy underground, TEHRAN’s new evolving vision has become forcefully iconic and deeply personal. Now, they unveil HUSQVARNA, a groundbreaking visual album released on their own label, Inherited Void.
