At long last!
Started at the end of summer 2024 thanks to the support of the wonderful women of Parzelle X with their Harzhaker action, our Baumscheibe in front of the Kitaquarium is finished!

It was a great learning experience for the children and adults, who were all delighted to get stuck in!
We tried to think of everyone, birds, insects, dogs and, of course, passers-by, so hopefully we'll inspire others!

I hope this self made bird pool will not be stolen (as fast as the first one), as most kids signed personally through a mosaic that looks like either an insect, a flower, a fish or sthg to do with water. That was a lot of work and we are very proud of it!

A big thank you to Colin from Wolf Kino for the brainstorming and support and to all the Kitaquarium families who took part!

As a Filmholic I love discovering new things and, perhaps a little because of my grandparents and my visit to the Camerimage festival, I'm generally curious about Polish works, but I never expected to be THAT overwhelmed...
As a mother of a precious little boy born with a genetic peculiarity and stigmatized as "80% severely handicapped", my life, my doubts, my struggles, my relationships, my discussions, my sorrows and my desires are all reflected in this série, which breaks ALL taboos.

With refreshing relevance and honesty, the characters are not smooth, not polite nor nice, they're struggling with the normality of their every day life on " planet disability", and you may all feel welcome there!
Don't miss the opportunity to discover a bursting and colorful world where there is no place for judgments, and where solidarity and understanding reign.
