🇰🇿 Hahnair in Almaty

Last week, our colleagues Alexandra Taran, Regional VP Agency Distribution, Sherstyuk Andrey, Regional VP Agency Distribution, Maryna Ibragimova, Regional Vice President Airline Business, and Bogdana Bulkina, Manager Service Desk, had the pleasure of bringing together key travel industry partners in Almaty.

The evening welcomed around 30 participants, including representatives of the top 15 agencies in Kazakhstan, as well as our valued airline partners Air Astana, Vietjet Qazaqstan, Aero Nomad Airlines, FlyArystan and Qanot Sharq.

In a warm and relaxed atmosphere, guests enjoyed a wine-tasting experience guided by a professional sommelier, creating the perfect setting for meaningful conversations, industry exchange, and partner networking. A special raffle sponsored by FlyArystan added an extra highlight to the evening, with one lucky guest winning an airline ticket.

Exploring innovation in Silicon Valley

Our colleagues Alexander Proschka, Chief Commercial Officer, and Dorian Deninski, Innovation Manager, recently represented Hahnair at the Plug and Play Silicon Valley Summit in Sunnyvale, California.

Over three days, the event brought together more than 4,500 attendees, 75+ expert speakers, 200+ AI startups, and innovators from over 20 industries to exchange ideas, discover emerging technologies, and explore opportunities for collaboration.

From AI-driven solutions to new developments in travel, hospitality, mobility, fintech, and beyond, the summit offered valuable insights into how innovation is shaping the future of industries worldwide.

For Hahnair, staying connected to new ideas and technologies is an important part of continuing to develop solutions that create value for our partners and the wider travel industry 💜

Strengthening partnerships with our travel agency partners in Taiwan.

Our colleague Son Dinh Vong “Jacky”, Regional VP Agency Distribution, recently met with valued travel agency partners to present the 2025 Top Contribution Certificate and recognise their outstanding support and performance. 💜

The meetings were also a valuable opportunity to share the latest Hahnair updates, including new partner airlines, the Refund Status Tool, and JCB as a newly accepted credit card payment method.

Through open market exchanges and discussions on future collaboration, we look forward to strengthening our partnerships and creating new opportunities together.

🇲🇽 Strengthening partnerships in Mexico

Our Regional VP Agency Distribution, Ignacio Giorgi, recently visited Mexico for a productive series of meetings with travel agency partners and our local representative, TAL Aviation Group.

The visit provided a valuable opportunity to exchange market insights, discuss the evolving distribution landscape, and explore how we can continue to support our partners in a challenging and dynamic industry environment.

With Mexico continuing to advance in airline distribution and technology, strong partnerships, open communication, and mutual trust remain essential to creating new opportunities and driving sustainable growth together.

A special thank you to Jorge Zepeda and Miriam Ramos for their excellent organisation, continued support, and dedication throughout this successful first year of partnership.

Following the visit, we were deeply saddened to learn that Miriam was involved in a serious accident. Our thoughts are with her and her family, and we wish her a full and speedy recovery 💜
