Hochschule der Bildenden Künste Saar welcomes the Symposium Welcome to Puff City on 20. and 21. January 2018. I am proud to announce that I am holding a lecture/speech: Participatory Art, Hopes and Delusions.

I explain the theoretical background of community art through personal and professional experiences. I discuss the hopes and delusions of setting up a collective which deals with public spaces. Spacedigger is my main focus.

Spacedigger will hold a tour in Kreuz/kölln to students from Balkan countries. I am nominated to be the local hero of the district with some other local heroes from a variety of different organisations such as Neue Nachbarschaft // Moabit, Mörchenpark e.V., CRISP - Conflict Simulation, hostwriter and some others. Überall ist Licht! “Licht” ist das Motto des diesjährigen JUNGE KUNST NK Festivals, das im Rahmen von 48 Stunden Neukölln überall in Neukölln ein Programm für Kinder und Jugendliche bereithält. Um die Festivalorte miteinander zu verknüpfen und die Programmpunkte interaktiver zu gestalten, haben wir - zusammen mit jungen Neuköllnerinnen und Neuköllnern das Lichtfänger-Spiel entwickelt.

Ihr findet uns am Wochenende vor allem im Hof des Young Arts Neukölln.
