I’m Olena Oezman – a nail tech, trainer, 5-time Global Champion, and businesswoman. As my academy grows and the number of followers increases daily, I think it’s time we got to know each other better.😇

💅🏼I’ve been in the nail industry for over 17 years, gathering a wealth of experience along the way. For more than 10 years, I’ve been teaching both online and live worldwide. So far, I’ve visited over 17 countries with my live classes!

Teaching isn’t just a job for me; it’s my passion👩🏻‍🏫. I love sharing knowledge and helping others grow. I know how powerful good knowledge is and how much it can change someone’s life.

To be an effective teacher, I’ve invested time in learning how to pass on my expertise in a way that truly benefits you. I’m a certified coach in brain work and personal growth, which helps me meet you where you are and guide you through challenges.

I regularly hold live courses, giving me a deep understanding of the current challenges nail technicians face. This allows me to keep all my education programs up-to-date for you. Nothing makes me happier than seeing the joy on my students’ faces when they master new techniques, overcome obstacles, and move forward in achieving their dreams.✨
