The Tournament will take place from 1st to 4th October 2015 at the Varadero Golf Club. The tournament calls professional and amateur players over 16 years old with certified handicap of 24 or under for gentlemen, and 30 or under for ladies. There will be a practice round and two rounds of competitions, disputing three places per category. The decision by the Organizing Committee regarding the gran
ting of the places will be DEFINITIVE. The official inbound travel agency of the tournament will be Solways. Varadero Golf Club is an 18-hole, 72-par course, with challenging difficulties for any category, designed by the architect Les Furber, with the unique Robert TRENT Johnes (Sr.) like style. The golf course reached international prestige, when in 1999 and 2000 was held the European Challenge Tour Grand Final, where 15 of 45 finalists obtained THE ORDER OF MERIT of the qualifying tour of the European PGA. The Varadero Golf Club, invites to an unique environment in its famous Club House Xanadú Mansion, and its Bar Mirador, where you will be able to enjoy a spectacular view of the contrasting light green from the Golf Course and the indigo blue from the surrounding sea, a perfect scenery for complementing your experience in the “Día de la Hispanidad” Tournament. It is required a handicap certificate or any other official document recognized by the Golf federation or Golf Club or the last 10 score of 18-hole golf rounds.
