In observance of Indigenous Peoples’ Day, Lea County Administrative Offices will be closed today, Monday, October 12, 2026.

Today, we recognize and honor the rich histories, cultures, traditions, and contributions of Indigenous peoples and communities. We celebrate their lasting impact and the important role they continue to play in shaping our communities.

Please note: While administrative offices will be closed, emergency services will remain fully operational and available to assist residents.

Lea County Administrative Offices will resume normal business hours on Tuesday, October 13, 2026.
