On August 22, HLT | DLT successfully ignited the world’s first gas-electric hybrid AI intelligent roller kiln at Aolang Exterior Wall Decoration.

This landmark project brings together:

Gas + Green Electricity → Flexible & efficient firing

KHI + DHR + PPC → Better energy utilization
8,000 m²/day → High-efficiency production

Designed for medium-size tiles, Roman columns and large-format special-shaped products, the kiln enables faster changeovers and more precise temperature control.

A New Milestone in Shandong | HLT | DLT × Yuanfeng Group

On August 17, the 5A Intelligent Firing Kiln jointly developed by HLT | DLT and Shandong Yuanfeng Group was successfully ignited and put into production.

Built for 800×800mm textured tiles, the dedicated kiln features a designed capacity of 20,000 m²/day, combining:
