As President of the African Vovinam Federation, I had the honour this afternoon of chairing a special meeting of the Executive Committee of the African Vovinam Federation via remote communication technology, as part of following up on the ongoing preparations for the organisation of the African Championship.
The meeting was dedicated to examining a number of fundamental axes, most notably:
· Determining the final date and venue for the championship according to a vision that ensures the highest participation rates and provides appropriate infrastructure.
· The catering and accommodation file: detailed plans were reviewed to guarantee the quality of services provided to national teams and accompanying delegations, taking into account dietary specificities and approved health standards.
· Competition management procedures: from match scheduling to referee appointments and the application of sports safety protocols.
This meeting aims to provide optimal conditions for the national teams participating in this major African event, reflecting an honourable image for continental sports and reinforcing the principles of solidarity and fair competition.
بصفتي رئيس الاتحادية الافريقية للفوفينام، تشرفت بعد ظهر اليوم بترؤس اجتماع خاص للمكتب التنفيذي للاتحادية الإفريقية للـ 'فوفينام' عبر تقنية التواصل عن بُعد، وذلك في إطار متابعة الاستعدادات الجارية لتنظيم البطولة الإفريقية.
وقد خُصص الاجتماع لدراسة عدد من المحاور الجوهرية، أبرزها:
· تحديد التاريخ والمكان النهائيين للبطولة وفق رؤية تضمن تحقيق أعلى نسب مشاركة وتوفير البنية التحتية المناسبة.
· ملف الإطعام والإيواء: حيث تم استعراض الخطط التفصيلية لضمان جودة الخدمات المقدمة للفرق الوطنية والوفود المرافقة، مع مراعاة الخصوصيات الغذائية والمعايير الصحية المعتمدة.
· إجراءات إدارة المنافسة: من جدولة المباريات إلى تعيين الحكام وتطبيق بروتوكولات السلامة الرياضية.
ويهدف هذا الاجتماع إلى توفير الأجواء المثلى للفرق الوطنية المشاركة في هذا الحدث الإفريقي الكبير، بما يعكس صورة مشرفة للرياضة القارية ويعزز مبادئ التضامن والتنافس الشريف
En tant que président de la Fédération Africaine de Vovinam , j'ai eu l'honneur, cet après-midi, de présider une réunion spéciale du bureau exécutif de la Fédération Africaine de Vovinam par visioconférence, dans le cadre du suivi des préparatifs en cours pour l'organisation du Championnat d'Afrique.
La réunion a été consacrée à l'étude d'un certain nombre d'axes fondamentaux, notamment :
· La détermination de la date et du lieu définitifs du championnat selon une vision garantissant les taux de participation les plus élevés et la fourniture d'infrastructures appropriées.
· Le dossier de la restauration et de l'hébergement : les plans détaillés ont été examinés pour garantir la qualité des services fournis aux équipes nationales et aux délégations accompagnatrices, en tenant compte des spécificités alimentaires et des normes sanitaires approuvées.
· Les procédures de gestion de la compétition : de la programmation des matchs à la désignation des arbitres en passant par l'application des protocoles de sécurité sportive.
Cette réunion vise à offrir des conditions optimales aux équipes nationales participant à ce grand événement africain, reflétant une image honorable du sport continental et renforçant les principes de solidarité et de compétition loyale.
