Boozy, tropical and unapologetically bold. Mubuku Anaerobic Natural just landed on the East Coast 🇺🇬
In a joint effort, Anička from the Sucafina NV team and Ugacof designed a customized experimental process in Western Uganda to unlock the best this region has to offer. The Mubuku Washing Station, sitting one kilometer from a UNESCO World Heritage Site, with its drier, hotter climate and on-site QC lab, turned out to be the perfect environment for experimenting with anaerobic natural processing.
The result is an astonishing lot with tropical fruit, caramel and cacao nibs notes. Not many bags left, so call your trader before they're gone 🏃
