Prima riunione del comitato organizzativo allargato // First meeting of the extended organizing committee

La première séance du comité d'organisation du weekend National des 16-17 septembre 2023 a eu lieu ce lundi soir 31 octobre à Sottens sous la direction de Guy Müller (chef de course).
Il a notamment été discuté des aspects techniques de l'organigramme, des infrastructures et de la communication.
Dans les grandes lignes nous pouvons vous annoncer que:
- L'équipe technique est complète et a commencé à travailler sur la carte nouvelle carte du Solliat que notre cartographe a récemment terminée.
- Le centre de course sera établi au Centre sportif de la Vallée de Joux.
- Le logo, la page facebook et une première version du site web multi-langues de la manifestation ont été publiés et un accent tout particulier souhaite être mis sur la communication multi-langues (français, allemand, italien, anglais).
- Un certain nombre de chambres seront disponibles au centre sportif: la priorité sera donnée aux besoins de l'organisation et aux clubs et individuels réservant deux nuits (vendredi à samedi et samedi à dimanche) en demi-pension. En cas d'intérêt, vous pouvez nous contacter à [email protected].
Le Club d'Orientation Lausanne-Jorat se réjouit d'ores et déjà de vous accueillir à la Vallée de Joux lors de ce magnifique weekend.

Die erste Sitzung des Organisationskomitees des Nationalen Wochenendes vom 16.-17. September 2023 fand am Montagabend, 31. Oktober, in Sottens unter der Leitung von Guy Müller (Rennleiter) statt.
Es wurden insbesondere die technischen Aspekte des Organigramms, der Infrastruktur und der Kommunikation besprochen.
In groben Zügen können wir Ihnen Folgendes mitteilen:
- Das technische Team ist komplett und hat mit der Arbeit an der neuen Solliat-Karte begonnen, die unser Kartograph kürzlich fertiggestellt hat.
- Das Laufzentrum wird im Centre sportif de la Vallée de Joux eingerichtet.
- Das Logo, die Facebook-Seite und eine erste Version der mehrsprachigen Veranstaltungswebsite wurden veröffentlicht, wobei ein besonderer Schwerpunkt auf die mehrsprachige Kommunikation (Französisch, Deutsch, Italienisch, Englisch) gelegt werden soll.
- Im Sportzentrum wird eine gewisse Anzahl an Zimmern zur Verfügung stehen: Priorität haben die Bedürfnisse der Organisation sowie Vereine und Einzelpersonen, die zwei Nächte (Freitag auf Samstag und Samstag auf Sonntag) mit Halbpension buchen. La prima riunione del comitato organizzatore del weekend nazionale del 16-17 settembre 2023 si è svolta lunedì sera, 31 ottobre, a Sottens sotto la direzione di Guy Müller (direttore di gara).
Sono stati discussi gli aspetti tecnici dell'organigramma, delle infrastrutture e della comunicazione.
A grandi linee possiamo annunciare che:
- Il team tecnico è al completo e ha iniziato a lavorare sulla nuova mappa di Le Solliat che il nostro cartografo ha recentemente terminato.
- Il centro di gara sarà allestito presso il Centro sportivo della Vallée de Joux.
- Sono stati pubblicati il logo, la pagina Facebook e una prima versione del sito web multilingue dell'evento e sarà data particolare enfasi alla comunicazione multilingue (francese, tedesco, italiano, inglese).
- Presso il centro sportivo saranno disponibili alcune camere: la priorità sarà data alle esigenze dell'organizzazione, ai club e a coloro che prenoteranno due notti (da venerdì a sabato e da sabato a domenica) con trattamento di mezza pensione. The first meeting of the organizing committee of the National weekend of September 16-17, 2023 took place this Monday evening, October 31, in Sottens under the direction of Guy Müller (race director).
The technical aspects of the organization chart, the infrastructure and the communication were discussed.
In general we can announce that:
- The technical team is complete and has started to work on the new map of the Solliat that our cartographer has recently finished.
- The race center will be established at the Vallée de Joux Sports Center.
- The logo, the page and a first version of the multi-language website of the event have been published and a special emphasis will be put on multi-language communication (French, German, Italian, English).
- A number of rooms will be available at the sports center: priority will be given to the needs of the organization and to clubs and individuals booking two nights (Friday to Saturday and Saturday to Sunday) on a half board basis. If you are interested, please contact us at [email protected].
