Being Black in Canada is BACK! 🎬 The Fabienne Colas Foundation is now accepting applications for its trailblazing Bilingual Incubator Program that mentors, funds, and promotes emerging Black filmmakers in Halifax, Montreal, Ottawa, Toronto, Calgary, and Vancouver. From hands-on training to festival screenings, this program will help you bring your authentic stories to the screen.
