Hi, everyone - we, Queenie & Andrea, the organizers of the Toronto Stationery Show, have seen your messages and we want to acknowledge your frustrations. We are always disappointed to hear about any negative feedback at our events. We recognize that standing in a long line on a rainy day is unpleasant, and it is even more upsetting to be turned away due to capacity issues, especially if you have travelled for the show. We strive to make TSS a good experience for our vendors and our valued attendees, and we deeply apologize for letting you down. We want to be transparent with you all. The following are insights to our internal processes and answers to your questions, as well as our next steps. We’ve tried our best to address your concerns as thoroughly as we can.

Current wait time is approximately 3+ hours from the back of the line. Over 600 attendees have entered the show so far; we have to adhere to the venue capacity as per city bylaws.

If you are finished shopping, please exit the venue so others can come in - we appreciate everyone’s cooperation, patience and understanding!

Please be respectful to the neighbourhood residences and local shops. Do not block walkways and entrances. Thank you!

Toronto! Please dress for Saturday’s weather and bring your reusable bags and umbrellas! ☔️ April weather is unpredictable but the rain has never slowed the crowds down before, so please still expect a line!

We thank you in advance for coming out to support the small businesses and artists that have been prepping for months leading up to this one day!
