Saturday May 30, 2026 - The Toronto Prop Expo is a gathering of pop-culture loving creatives, focusing on replica props, 3D printing, makers, SFX and cosplaying. Each year hundreds of artists, makers and admirers come together at George Brown Polytechnic to celebrate talent and creativity. We can’t wait for you to join us!
Sponsor support allows us to provide events for the community all year long, and we would love to have you be a part of it! Increase product or brand awareness by supporting community building events. Expand your customer base by building trusted relationships, while sharing knowledge and expertise.
Your sponsorship package can include options like - recognition at the raffle, dedicated activation space for product demos or sales, guaranteed session slots, logo included on website and social posts, and more. We are happy to discuss other options that align with your brand’s promotional goals at any budget level.
In-kind sponsorship is also available. We would love to discuss how you can participate by supplying raffle prizes of all types, food and drink giveaways, or providing day-of support staff.
Raffle donations allow us to cover event costs and we are grateful for your help! Promote that you take commissions for your work by supplying completed props or cosplay items. Donating gift cards or maker supplies and equipment is a great way to increase brand and product awareness while showing your business supports community.
