Aria Zenua also known as Ms. Aria, owner and lead facilitator of The Teeny Tinys Inc. is a singer-songwriter, early childhood educator, and wellness-driven mama on a mission to inspire joy, creativity, and mindful living. With a deep love for music, play, and connection, she creates experiences that nurture youn

g learners and their families. Aria helps parents, caregivers, educators and early learners explore music, movement, and holistic wellness in ways that spark curiosity and confidence. Her approach blends her credentials in early childhood education with her artistry and wellness focus, making learning both playful and meaningful. When she’s not singing, songwriting, or facilitating enriching experiences for little ones, Aria champions mindful parenting and self-care, showing that nurturing creativity and wellness can go hand-in-hand.

Motherhood changes so much including the way we experience ourselves.

Sometimes the hardest part isn’t caring for everyone else. It’s remembering you matter too.

Small moments of connection, movement, music and community can make a bigger difference than we realize.

You don’t have to “bounce back.”
You deserve support exactly where you are.

What’s something that’s helped you feel more like yourself lately while still being connected to being a mother?

Ever notice how some children completely settle when a familiar song starts?

Familiarity creates emotional safety for children.

Repetition helps them predict what’s coming next, feel more confident participating, and regulate in busy moments whether at home or in a classroom.

Sometimes children don’t need something new. They need something familiar and sometimes that might simply be you and a song.

What’s one song your child or classroom never gets tired of?

What an honour it is to be a tiny somebody’s whole world. To be the one who makes them feel safe. Feel loved. Feel protected. What a gift.

Happy Mother’s Day. May we as mothers stay rooted in love and wisdom. May we remember to be present in the gift of now. May our communities and societies respect and nurture the wellness of mothers, of families and of children around the world.

May we heal, laugh, love and break harmful cycles. Sending love to all the mother’s out there. Sending love to all those who may be without their mother as well.

As an early childhood educator and a busy mama, I’m always looking for simple, meaningful ways to support learning without overcomplicating the day.

These are some of my go-to spring songs I use in the classroom and at home 🌸🌈🐝🐞

• Over the Rainbow – The Teeny Tinys (Learn Colours) Link in bio
• Busy Like a Bee – Stephanie Leavell
• 5 Little Ladybugs – Sing Along with Sarah

You can find these on streaming platforms and a couple have videos too. Over the Rainbow (The Teeny Tinys) and 5 Little Ladybugs (Sing Along with Sarah).

But what really makes them stick? Taking it beyond the song, beyond the indoors!

Sing on a walk, look for a rainbow, spot a bee, find a ladybug…

That’s where the learning deepens, observing, asking questions, imagining, drawing, moving and just being together.
Simple, real and developmentally meaningful.

What looks like “busy” at the start…
is actually the beginning of learning.

Toddlers arrive ready to connect, to share, to be seen.

Through responsive interaction I support:
language, turn-taking and emotional regulation.

From there, music brings the group together.
Rhythm, repetition and familiarity creating a sense of focus and connection.

This is the work. 🎶

🌍 Earth Day in Ontario 🌱🎶

Celebrating Earth Day through music, movement, and small everyday actions 💚 Here are a few simple, child-friendly ways to care for our planet:

🐦 Sing & protect our feathered friends
Try a bird-themed song, then add window decals or tape patterns so birds can see the glass and stay safe during migration.

♻️ Reuse & make music
Turn recyclables into instruments shakers, drums and more! A fun way to explore rhythm while reducing waste.

🌊 Care for our waters
Sing songs about water and nature, join a local clean-up, and teach little ones that what goes down our drains flows into our lakes and oceans.

🌼 Grow & learn together
Plant native flowers like milkweed and watch who visits! A beautiful way to connect music, movement, and nature.

💡 Create earth-friendly routines
Clean-up songs, “lights off” songs—music makes small habits fun and memorable.
