Open to all photographers—from enthusiasts to professionals and all those in between—TUPF creates a new understanding of what urban photography can be. Through critical talks, photo walks, exhibitions, and workshops, TUPF seeks to disconnect and formulate new ideas of what 'street' and urban photography is within a critical framework.
