If you're coming to and want to help out a great cause, Kindly drop off donations of feminine hygiene products at our booth tomorrow until the end of the con on Sunday.

All donations will greatly help in giving access to menstrual products, and providing vital menstrual education to
Indigenous menstruators in remote areas from coast to coast to coast.

We will have crafting activities at Booth CM30 in the community zone including free origami, free colouring, and button making for only $1 per button. We are also collecting menstrual products to benefit .

Emily will be hosting the DiC panel on Saturday at 11:30am in room 201EF.

Thanks for visiting us at the INSPIRE event hosted by on Saturday!

It was great to return to this event that highlights women-owned businesses and first responders. We had fun playing chess with everyone and sharing details about our convention this July.

Baby hero also liked seeing a fire truck 🚒 and an ambulance 🚑 up close 👀

We're exhibiting at CSC's The Collectors Supershow this weekend!

📍The International Centre, Hall 5

Our booth will feature crafting activities such as FREE origami and affordable button making for $1 per button. Come hang out with us and make something for yourself or your Valentine 😍

Meet our team all weekend at the Ghibli at the Japanese Canadian Cultural Centre in .

This features a cheerful selection of cute foods, talented artists, and activities that are fun for the whole family!

Find the Pretty Heroes booth on the second floor in the hallway, next to Wood for Sheep. We will be offering FREE colouring and button making for only $1 per button. We will have a variety of designs to choose from as well as blank templates if you would like to draw something unique.

Thanks for having us, ! Our team enjoyed meeting all the gamers and Emily enjoyed giving a panel about strong female characters in .

We're exhibiting all weekend at !

Find us in the community zone and come chat with us about our convention next year as well as your favourite strong female characters.

We will have a variety of our t-shirts and other merch for sale along with free stickers.

On Saturday, Emily will be giving a talk about strong female characters in video games on the main stage at 11am.

Then, join some of our team at 12pm for the fierce females meetup in the meetups area.

Cathy was a fixture of not only Anime North, but the Toronto convention scene.

She supported Pretty Heroes from our early days as the Toronto Sailor Moon Celebration. She quickly became a recurring member of our team, most frequently as a guest liaison for select highlight guests over the years.

We will miss seeing her wheel around Pretty Heroes, Anime North, and other events.

May she rest in peace and may her legacy of contributing to the fun, welcoming spirit of the Toronto con scene live on.

Our deepest condolences to her family and closest friends.

We are saddened to announce that long-time staff member at Anime North, Cathy Schutt, passed away early last week. Cathy worked as our lead graphics designer and in the con office, as well as other roles throughout the years including our first accessibility coordinator. Attendees will have seen her work through-out the convention, most readily with her yearly badge designs worn by everyone from staff to attendee.

We will be ever grateful for her friendship and camaraderie through-out the years and will greatly miss her.
