Looking forward to tomorrow's Welland Canal Open Water Swim. Water is 23 degrees and forecast is for sunny and 25. Perfect conditions for a great swim.
On site registration and check in start at 6.45 am tomorrow at the Welland International Flatwater Centre...see you there

Advanced registrations for this weekends Welland Canal Open Water Swim are now closed. On behalf of Canaqua Sports we thank everyone who has registered for your support, and we look forward to a great day on Sunday August 30, at the Welland International Flatwater Centre. The forecast is sunny and 25 degrees, and the water temperature is currently 23 degrees.

As always we are offering on-site registration starting a 6:30 AM on Sunday morning.

Good luck and great swimming to everyone who has registered.

The Mudskipper Canadian Individual Swimrun Championships. Mudskipper Milton, the Milton Open Water Swim and Milton Runs...something for everyone.

Advanced registrations are now closed for this weekends event in Milton Ontario. For anyone who still wants to attend, We will have onsite registration on Sunday August 16 starting at 6:45 AM.
The days events include
The Mudskipper Canadian Individual SwimRun Championships 20k
Mudskipper SwimRun - Milton - 10K
Open Water Swim distances of 1.5K, 3.0K, and 6.0K
Milton Runs trail running event 7.5K and 15K
