UPDATE:
Thank you all so much for applying and reaching out. The response has been incredible! We feel so lucky to have so many amazing vendors interested in being part of Sarnia BookFest. Due to the overwhelming interest, we have now surpassed capacity and table applications are officially closed.
Over the next few days, we will be carefully reviewing each application. Notifications regarding vendor approval or waitlist status will be sent out by Monday March 9th, 2026. If you applied for a table, please keep an eye on your inbox this weekend.

Calling all vendors!
Applications for Sarnia BookFest are open! We’re looking for local bookish vendors to join us at our first annual book festival in support of Bluewater Health Foundation. We are looking for authors, crafters/creators, book-inspired apparel, literary-themed treats, and more.
If your products celebrate a love of books, we’d love to hear from you!

📅 Date: Saturday, September 19th, 2026
NOTE: Spaces in each category are limited. You will only be contacted by our official event email, as noted in the application form. Once a category is filled, vendors will be waitlisted.
