It takes a village! And we have a pretty amazing one!

I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to everyone involved with putting on such an epic weekend!

A special shout out to the Roblin Rec Grounds Crew, Murray, Morgan, Kash, Dakotah, and Gavin for staying ahead of the games, clean facilities, and all the prep work prior to this massive undertaking!

Our behind the scenes crew who helped get the diamonds to the conditions that they were; Andrew, JJ and Laura, Craig, Clark, Kenton, Curtis and Justice, and James. Also, to the employees at Mazur Group for lending a hand and their equipment.

To the Umpires who came from near and far! To Nicole for being the first umpire scheduler in history to book all our umps in January! And to Josh for being a great Umpire in Chief.

All our Board members and their Spouses who get voluntold to help out! Jamie and James, Stephen and Kim, Sharla, Nicole, Kenton and Marla. Special shout out to Stephen for building the ramp on the new equipment shed so it was accessible!

Our Coaches Kenton and Nathan for putting up with rowdy teenage boys and representing Roblin Stars. Thank you!

To all 9 teams’ players, coaches, and parents for attending and partaking. The sportsmanship this weekend was a great representation of Baseball MB’s program.

Baseball Manitoba convenor, Norma for smoothing over any hiccup that appeared along the way and helping the scorekeepers out with her wealth of knowledge and experience.

Thank you to Griffy’s Grill and Maple Leaf Merch for supplying delicious food and clothing to everyone in attendance.

The support of our town for helping in any way they could and the community for attending such large event!

Also, to our local businesses for being hospitable; we only heard great compliments about our little Jewel of the Parkland!

Your time, effort, and commitment made this event a success and created an unforgettable experience for the athletes, coaches, and fans. We couldn’t have done it without you!
