We’ve spent the last few weeks looking for a venue that better aligns with the experience we want to create for Vancouver Island couples, and while it means a little extra waiting, we truly believe it’ll be worth it.

The Bridal Night Market has never been about filling a room with booths. It’s about creating an atmosphere where wedding planning feels inspiring, social, and enjoyable.

The Bridal Night Market was never created to compete with traditional bridal shows.

It was created because I believed there was another way.

A way that values conversation over crowds.
Connection over collection.
Experience over excess.

Not every couple wants to spend their evening weaving through 100 booths. Some want to meet a curated group of incredible wedding professionals, discover new ideas, have a drink, and actually enjoy the process.

That’s who we build this for.

Wedding planning should feel less like an obligation and more like a night worth remembering.

And that’s exactly what we’ll keep creating.

When I started The Bridal Night Market, I wasn’t trying to create another bridal show.

I was trying to create the kind of experience I wished existed.

One where wedding planning felt inspiring instead of overwhelming. One where conversations mattered more than collecting brochures. One where people could show up exactly as they are and feel welcome.

At the end of the day, love doesn’t fit into a single box, and neither should wedding planning.

We believe wedding planning should be inspiring, inclusive, and welcoming to all couples. Our events are designed to celebrate love in all its forms and connect couples with wedding professionals who value authenticity, creativity, and connection.

There are officially only 2 curated vendor spots left for Friday’s Bridal Night Market at Hudson by Oliver & Bonacini.

After that, the floor plan is closed.

If you’ve been lurking, thinking about it, waiting until “tomorrow,” this is probably your sign to stop overthinking it.

This isn’t a traditional bridal show.
It’s cocktails, connection, content, atmosphere, and a room full of couples actively planning their weddings.
