That's a wrap for the third annual Inverness Festival of Trees!
Thank you so much to all who came out for our Finale, for those who checked out trees all over town, for those who volunteered their time and skills, and--of course--for all those who partnered with us to bring it all together! There were fabulous trees this year! Though the weather made it challenging at times, we did it!
The prizes were pretty amazing, too! Congrats to our winners and many thanks to the contributors!
We have a wonderful town! Merry Christmas, everyone!

Tomorrow! Inverness Festival of Trees Finale - a free, fun family event!
December 6 from noon till 3
Celebrate the Christmas season with us!
• submit your passport for a chance to win a great prize
• vote for your favourite tree from the week
• bring a non-perishable food item or Co-Op gift card
• add your own ornament to the community tree
• have cookies and cocoa with Santa
• get a special Festival photo with Santa
• decorate a Christmas cookie
• create a little ornament
• little ones can shop for someone special
• admire some more trees

We have such a wonderful community in Inverness!
Our Community Tree will be displayed each year to represent members and memories from our community. We have community services represented, Veterans, and missing loved ones remembered here and we'd love to see more!.
If you'd like, bring in an ornament that you've purchased or made yourself in honour of someone special or to pay tribute to a special event, place, team or memory. Don't forget to add the date and be sure to look for it each year!

Don't forget, the Inverness Festival of Trees week ends with a big Finale! Come on out to the Royal Canadian Legion, Inverness Branch on December 6.
Santa will join us for some photo ops, cookie decorating (and munching!), hot cocoa, crafts and more!
