"Our Monsters" is a short film set in the 80's that surrounds two young boys, Daniel and Peter, as they team up to defeat the monster in Daniel's closet. When the mission goes south, Daniel discovers that not all monsters are easy to fight.

This 16mm experimental short film explores generational memory and personal experiences. It features exterior shots of 44 houses, recorded over a 3-day road trip, with family audio snippets. Shot on Bolex and developed using local plant material, the film weaves a narrative shaped by place and collective family memory.
