They allow us to achieve our goals of advancing gender equity and the fight for women in sport in our community and for that we are deeply grateful. This panel features strong women working and making headway within all sectors of sport and recreation. Panelists will share their experiences working towards their careers and volunteer positions. Discussions will include why it is important to have female representation in leadership positions, how sport has shaped them into the leaders they are today, and how women can support other women!
