Big announcement...

You can purchase tickets, or view the event, and even contact us if you're interested in becoming a sponsor. It is the first of its kind event, and we're looking forward to seeing those who have a deep interest in Food Sovereignty and Food Security, as well as a wish to understand and practice Truth & Reconciliation on a deeper level.

Some are test bars, so their pricing is very low, but they are yummy!
I also have regular priced Callebaut Gold, that taste like salted caramel, with sponge toffee bits and sea salt. You can get them in bar form or bark (which is thinner).

Puree gold. Paw paw puree and seeds. About 20 paw paw and I squeezed 1250g of awesome puree out of them. This is done by hand for best results. I love processing ingredients. If you don’t work with them through the entire cycle, you don’t really know your food. This goes for proteins as well. Had them shipped from Ontario through . I’ve used them previously and enjoyed their taste. This time, I’m going to try growing some as well.
