Morning Crew, 24”x18” acrylic on baltic birch by Shannon Lawlor.

Lawlor’s work is widely sought after by collectors, and she is recognized as the premier portraiture artist across the western performance horse world.

Over the course of her 21 year career, she has earned 24 international art awards, and her work has been featured on over 70 magazine and poster covers. She is the only artist to have been commissioned twice to create the poster and is a two-time Best of the West Artist runner-up.

New to the Pure West Art Auction this year is Mandy Stobo and we couldn’t be more pleased to have her unique, joyful and poignant pieces that explore the spirit of the West included in our lineup.

1. Collect All the Things That Make You Leap and Love, acrylic/oil/spray paint on canvas 48” x 60”. Estimate: $5,500-$6,500

2. She Was the Moon and the Sun and When She Collided with You, You Knew You Had Won, acrylic/oil/spray painting canvas 24” x 36”. Estimate: $4,500-$5,000
