MOM’S MAHJ 84TH

I have a number of local go to vendors for me and my events, but my go-to custom cake vendor is Heidi Lemire

I dream up my, very detailed, design vision for my or my client’s cakes and give her the low down of what I’m looking for and I trust her craft and let her do the rest.

Heidi continues to amaze me with her creations and this Asian inspired custom Mahjong cake for my Mom’s 84th birthday was just perfect. Everyone LOVED it. It was too pretty to cut, however Heidi’s cakes are also deliciously baked and we devoured it. With no regrets!

Already wanting to brainstorm for next year…

Happy Mother’s Day to all the fab moms (step moms, Godmoms), moms to be, and moms no longer with us.

To our beautiful mom, you are loved and appreciated everyday beyond measure. You are an inspiration and mom figure to many, and you continue to keep us well fed with your amazing cooking, keep us laughing, and in awe of your zest for life, still trying to become better version of yourself every day, and of course, trying to uncover your anti aging secrets. Hard to believe you’ll be 84 in a few weeks. You are aging in reverse. We are blessed and so lucky to have a mom that is uniquely you. We love you so much. xoxo
