We were given full freedom to decorate this wedding however we liked. The only request was to have lots of floral for the ceremony area. This is one version of what our coordination package can look like. This particular wedding we did all of the set up, take down, decor, dishes clearing, and everything behind the scenes so that the bride and groom were able to simply enjoy their day and their guests.

We are loving this set up for a quaint wedding to start off the season! Looking forward to the remaining unique details ...

A common conversation that we have been having lately is that Sundance Acres is NOT our day job. Luke is a heavy duty mechanic and Kelsey is a registered massage therapist. Sundance Acres is our home. We love making it special for your events because this is our passion and that is why we pour so much work into the venue. However, that work is only done during the evenings and weekends.

Alexus is a responsible and attentive young adult that lives near our venue and is working with us to offer you child care for your next event at Sundance Acres!
