After 20 years of leading and operating his own Canadian cheese education and distribution business while working with master cheese makers and Dairy Farmers nationally, David has gathered a thorough understanding of the industry. He now shares his knowledge and enthusiasm for making, tasting, pairing and experiencing Canadian world-class cheese of all kinds. Known as Canada's Cheese Ambassador, David is committed to help people understand the importance of supporting Canadian cheese makers and milk producers in a fun educational experience.
